ALORA, prides itself in providing exclusive, quality merchandise. Please understand that some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock ALORA, will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on ALORA.NYC. However, display of an item on ALORA.NYC is not a guarantee that the item is available. ALORA, will make every reasonable effort to display its merchandise on ALORA.NYC as accurately as possible. Unfortunately, various factors including the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, may significantly affect what you actually see on your screen. As a result, ALORA cannot be held responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer screen and cannot guarantee the accuracy thereof. However, if you are dissatisfied with any item you purchase from ALORA.NYC, you can return it to us for store credit. User Comments

Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by an appropriate federal or state court sitting in the State of New York.
Return & Refund Policy
ALORA will accept returns of stock items within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. Custom made items are non-returnable. Eligibility relies upon the safe return of the product, in the same condition as you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging with all labels attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receiving the returned item, ALORA will inspect it for damages and notify you regarding your item’s return status. If approved, we will provide a refund in the form of store credit. No cash refunds available.
Shipping Policy
ALORA proudly offers free shipping within the Contiguous United States. Additional charges will apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and international orders. Stock orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and will ship within one week after processing, based on stock availability. Custom orders will ship within 4-6 weeks after processing.
We use UPS Ground shipping services, however will gladly arrange for an expedited service for you. In which case, additional charges will apply. Tracking information will be provided upon request.

Prices displayed on ALORA.NYC are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time.

This website, its contents and sales of merchandise through the use of this website are intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use of our clients. Merchandise is not offered for resale.
